A Bohemian Serenade
Saturday, May 26, at 7:30pm
Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church (Soquel)

Driftwood Consort presents "A Bohemian Serenade," featuring special guest artist Stephen Schultz. Kick back to the sounds of the salon in the 1800's with casual music-making in the finest pre-television manner, performed not on three tenors, but three flutes, forte-piano and cello. Our program showcases music by the daring Dopplers, maestro Kuhlau and other 19th-century party-makers. Bring your inner Bohemian and enjoy! Post concert gathering at the pub. Performing are Stephen Schultz, Lars Johannesson and Alissa Roedig on classical flutes, Jonathan Rhodes Lee on the fortepiano, and Amy Brodo on cello.

"A Bohemian Serenade" takes place at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Soquel (2402 Cabrillo College Drive). Tickets are $20 general/$5 youth and are available at the door only from 7pm on the day of the event. For more information, please email , or visit www.driftwoodconsort.org. This event is part of a three-concert mini series with one more concert to follow ("Musettes du Coeur" in June).
